By Michael Gable

This week we ook at a company that could be forming a low and getting ready for a big move soon, being QBE Insurance Group ((QBE)).

QBE is a company that we have avoided for many years. However, we might be getting the first signs that the worst is over for the share price. During the last eight years, it has traded in a narrowing range, resembling that of a falling wedge. Finally, last month, the shares pushed beyond the upper level of this wedge. Volume in the last few weeks have also been pretty healthy. We would like to see QBE hold here and ideally make a move back into the $13's. If so, then we would be confident that a low is in place for QBE and the share price should then head higher. Typically, with a falling wedge, you target the beginning of the base, which is up near $19.00.
