With the S&P/ASX 200 Index finding support at our next level in the mid 5600's, it now seems as though we want to rally here. "Safer" stocks, such as healthcare, moved first yesterday – as you would expect. A bit more time probably needs to go by until investors are confident and this means a bit of sideways range-bound action for a few more weeks. But we are more confident that much of the downside has been seen in our market.

This week's report covers Reliance Worldwide Corporation ((RWC)).

RWC had been showing signs of a strong uptrend until late August when it gapped down. The shares have struggled since then. They have come back to fill a gap made in May. This may lead to some support, so we need to first see signs that it does want to rally from here. Otherwise the path of least resistance is still to the downside.
