Australian corporate events will again dominate the local market next week, notwithstanding macro influences.

Earnings results are due next week from AusNet Services ((AST)), Elders ((ELD)) and DuluxGroup ((DLX)) while CYBG ((CYB)) provides quarterly numbers.

AGMs will be held by Galaxy Resources ((GXY)), Macquarie Atlas Roads ((MQA)), Coca-Cola Amatil ((CCL)), Sigma Healthcare ((SIG)), Adelaide Brighton ((ABC)), oOh!media ((OML)), SpeedCast International ((SDA)), Appen ((APX)), InvoCare ((IVC)) and Syrah Resources ((SYR)), the latter being the most shorted stock on the ASX by a margin.

Investor days will be hosted by Boral ((BLD)) and Link Administration ((LNK)).

Across the week, all of ANZ Bank ((ANZ)), National Bank ((NAB)), Westpac ((WBC)) and Macquarie Group ((MQG)) will go ex-dividend, providing a drag on the index.

The minutes of the May RBA meeting are out next week along with the now closely watched March quarter wage price index and April jobs numbers.

China will release monthly industrial production, retail sales and fixed asset investment data.

US data releases include housing sentiment and starts, retail sales, industrial production and the Empire State and Philly Fed indices.
