Next week in Australia (and New Zealand) is punctuated by Anzac Day, which falls on the Wednesday. It is also school holidays in some states, including NSW, which will impact on stock market volumes.

The holiday brings forward the release of Australia’s March quarter CPI numbers, out on Tuesday. The PPI follows on Friday.

Japan, the eurozone and US all release flash estimates of April manufacturing PMIs next week, while the ECB and Bank of Japan both hold policy meetings.

The US and UK both deliver first estimates of March quarter GDP results.

Other US data releases include new and existing home sales and house prices, consumer confidence, durable goods, trade, the Chicago Fed national index, Chicago PMI and Richmond Fed index.

On the local stock front, this week’s AGMs include those of Asaleo Care ((AHY)), Iluka Resources ((ILU)) and OZ Minerals ((OZL)).

Production reports are due from Beach Energy ((BPT)), Fortescue Metals ((FMG)), Newcrest Mining ((NCM)) OceanaGold ((OGC)) and Sandfire Resources ((SFR)).

Quarterly updates will be provided by Mirvac ((MGR)) and GPT Group ((GPT)) while Wesfarmers ((WES)) will report quarterly sales and ResMed ((RMD)) quarterly earnings.

Aristocrat Leisure ((ALL)) will host an investor day.
